How does your pricing work?

Two ways, depending on what you need. The Launch plan is a fixed price for a defined project like a landing page or small MVP, so you know the full cost before we start. The Dedicated Team plan is a flat monthly fee for an embedded designer-and-developer team. Larger or complex work gets a custom quote. No hourly billing, and the scope is agreed upfront so there are no surprises.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The price we agree is the price you pay. The only things billed separately are work outside the agreed scope, such as extra pages or screens beyond what was quoted, or revision rounds past the two included in a fixed-price project. We flag any of these before doing the work, never after, so you are always in control of the total.

Who actually works on my project?

The same senior people you hear from, not a junior team behind the scenes. On the Dedicated Team plan you get two senior designers and one dedicated project manager, with a senior full-stack developer available as an add-on. Sujon Hossain, our Founder & CEO, stays involved throughout as your point of contact. You always know exactly who is building your product.

Do you work with clients outside Bangladesh?

Yes — most of our clients are international, based across the US, UK, Canada, Germany, Spain, and the UAE. We work async-first with daily progress and updates every 48 hours, and we regularly overlap live hours with US and European teams for calls. Communication happens over Slack, Discord, or WhatsApp, whichever your team already uses.

Do you do both design and development?

Yes, and that is the whole point. One team designs and builds your product, so nothing gets lost in a handoff between a design agency and a separate dev shop. We work across UI/UX, websites, apps, and full-stack development with React, Next.js, and Node.js. On the Launch plan, development is an optional add-on if you want the design fully coded and shipped.

How many revisions do I get?

On a fixed-price Launch project, two rounds of revisions are included. A round means one consolidated set of feedback on a delivered draft. On the Dedicated Team plan, revisions are unlimited and worked one at a time through your queue. A revision refines what was agreed; a change to the goal or direction counts as a new request. We define this clearly upfront so expectations are always aligned.

How do you handle scope changes?

Calmly and transparently. If you want to add something beyond the agreed scope, we tell you the cost or timeline impact before starting, then you decide. Nothing changes your bill without your approval. For a fixed-price project that grows significantly, we will suggest moving to a Custom engagement so the pricing stays fair to both sides.

Question 8

Who owns the final files and code?

Accepted Answer

You do, fully. On final payment you receive all source files, the Figma designs and the code where applicable, and own complete rights to the delivered work. We never lock you into proprietary tools or hosting. If you ever want to move the work in-house or to another team, everything is yours to take.

How long will my project take?

A Launch project ships in 10 to 14 days. The Dedicated Team plan is continuous, with updates every 48 hours and progress shared each week. Larger custom builds get a timeline with milestones in the quote. Timelines assume feedback comes back within a couple of business days; slower feedback moves the delivery date by the same amount.

What happens after launch?

We do not disappear once it ships. Fixed-price projects include a short support window after delivery to fix any issues. After that, we offer ongoing maintenance from $200 a month, scaled to your project scope. Maintenance covers bug fixes and small tweaks to existing features. New features are treated as new scope and quoted separately, so you only ever pay for what you actually add. On the Dedicated Team plan, ongoing updates and maintenance are already part of the monthly engagement.

Question 11

Can I pause or cancel?

Yes. The Dedicated Team plan has a one-month minimum commitment, after which you can pause for up to 30 days or cancel with a short notice period, and the current month is delivered in full. Fixed-price projects run to completion, but you always know the total cost upfront, so there is nothing open-ended to cancel.
