About the Role
We are looking for a Senior AI Motion Designer who can turn ideas, product interfaces and brand stories into exceptional visual experiences.
This is not a basic video editing position. We need someone with strong motion design fundamentals, excellent visual taste and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools, who can independently deliver polished, professional work.
You will play a key role in shaping Oripio's creative identity and raising the standard of how we present our products, portfolio and client work.
What You Will Do
Motion Design and Animation
- Create high-quality motion graphics, promotional videos and product showcase animations
- Produce engaging short-form videos for social media, campaigns and product launches
- Animate SaaS dashboards, mobile apps, websites and digital interfaces
- Build product walkthroughs, onboarding animations, feature demos and explainer videos
- Craft cinematic transitions, typography animations and polished visual compositions
- Own the full creative process: concept, storyboard, animation, editing and final delivery
AI-Powered Creative Production
- Use AI tools such as Runway, Kling AI, Higgsfield AI and Sora to enhance production and storytelling
- Combine AI-generated assets with professional animation, compositing, editing and sound design
- Build efficient AI-assisted workflows that increase speed without lowering quality
- Stay current with new AI tools and find practical ways to bring them into our process
Portfolio and Brand Development
- Turn static UI/UX designs into engaging product showcase videos
- Work with product designers to create high-quality animated case studies
- Create motion content for our website, Dribbble, Behance, LinkedIn and other platforms
- Help build a consistent, recognizable motion identity for Oripio
- Develop original visual concepts that help our work stand out globally
Creative Ownership and Collaboration
- Take ownership of motion projects from concept to final delivery
- Collaborate closely with product designers, developers and the creative team
- Maintain high standards for animation quality, timing, consistency and storytelling
- Manage multiple assignments and deliver within agreed timelines
- Proactively suggest creative ideas and improvements
What You Need
- 4+ years of professional experience in motion design, motion graphics or related creative production
- An exceptional portfolio or showreel that shows advanced motion design skills
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe After Effects
- Strong experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Jitter and Figma
- Practical experience with AI video generation and AI creative production tools
- Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, easing, typography, composition and visual storytelling
- Experience creating professional product videos, promotional content or brand animations
- Ability to develop creative concepts independently and deliver production-ready work
- Excellent attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and a strong sense of ownership
Nice to Have
- Experience with Higgsfield AI, Runway, Kling AI, Sora or similar AI video tools
- Knowledge of Blender or Cinema 4D
- Experience with Figma, Rive, Lottie or UI animation workflows
- Motion work for SaaS, AI or technology companies
- Strong compositing, sound design and post-production skills
- Experience creating portfolio videos and animated case studies
